Leadership Class

Objective: To encourage participants to take on leadership roles in order to affect change at home, work and in the community.

Program's description: In this class, participants reflect on their own beliefs about leadership, reasons to take on leadership roles, how to set goals and develop effective communication skills. Furthermore, participants learn about organizational and time management skills, decision making, how to add value to others, the power of empowerment, how to develop and attitude of service and lead without a title.
